The products at the heart of the combustion systems supplied is the CCS&ES plenum type two-stage air burner, which can readily accept multiple fuels and/or effluents and utilize contaminated air as combustion air source.

Heat Recovery

 

Heat recovery is a major consideration in the process design in order to maximize economic and environmental benefits. Typical options include; waste heat boilers or thermal fluid heaters providing heat for upstream processes, gas/gas heat exchangers for combustion air or process air heating, or a combination of methods.

Cross-flow  shell  and  tube  heat  exchangers  are  designed  and manufactured  in-house.

 

Throughout the manufacturing period the dedicated team of thermal oxidizer engineers ensures that each project is completed on schedule and to the project specifications. A full on-site service is than available for; installation, commissioning, training, servicing, spares or development work.
